Reduce the burden on operators! A lineup of four patterns from AC1 to AC4 is available.
For construction machinery such as power shovels, it was common to install an "accelerator actuator" near the engine, but there were concerns about high temperatures and vibrations. This product adopts a cable system to improve reliability. It has been developed to allow the ACTR to be set up away from the engine. As a byproduct, ECU control optimizes each rotation speed, contributing to environmental aspects such as fuel consumption and exhaust emissions (auto deceleration). 【Features】 ■ Compact, lightweight, and low cost ■ By using cables, the main unit can be arranged in a location with better environmental conditions ■ Wide operating temperature range (-30°C to 85°C) ■ Available in DC12V and DC24V specifications *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Hilex Corporation, founded in 1946, has focused on the usefulness of control cable technology and has significantly nurtured its potential through various research and development efforts. Research on new materials, new mechanisms, evaluation technologies, production technology development, and the establishment of quality assurance systems—each of these has been a world-first or industry-first initiative, allowing us to lead in development capabilities, technical skills, and production power as a top company in this field. In today's high-tech society, where "high reliability" of technology is demanded in every aspect, control cables, boasting simple structures and reliable operability, are expected to see even broader applications as a technology that meets the demands of the times. Moving forward, we aim not only to respond to customer needs but also to propose new functions and technologies that capture the next generation, striving to further earn the trust and expectations of our users. We will continue to sincerely and proactively explore the possibilities of cables while incorporating surrounding technologies such as electronics.
