It is possible to capture magnetic particles (submicron 10μm to 0.07μm) that cannot be removed by filters!
Our company's "Magnet Filter (Filtration Device)" has an internal structure that captures sub-micron particles using magnets, while preventing clogging and re-emission. It is a new type of magnet filter. By using it in conjunction with conventional cartridge filters, it reliably removes fine iron powder that cannot be captured by filter paper but can cause significant damage to hydraulic circuits and gearboxes when accumulated. 【Features】 ■ Capable of removing fine particles Can capture sub-micron particles (10μm to 0.07μm) ■ Does not clog Since it does not clog, there is no pressure loss, and even when the capacity for capture reaches its limit, it does not hinder the operation of the device. ■ Strong capturing power Efficiently removes iron powder and other contaminants from liquids. ■ No re-emission Contaminants that have been captured and solidified do not pose the risk of re-emission as clumps. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

basic information
**Structure** The accumulation zone is sandwiched between plates made of yoket iron, generating a strong magnetic flux. Additionally, since the accumulation zone and the flow path are completely independent, even if contaminants accumulate, they do not block the flow path. Moreover, not blocking means that contaminants are not exposed to the flow, preventing any re-release. This structure captures submicron contaminants that could cause significant damage to equipment while avoiding clogging or re-release, which could lead to new equipment troubles.
