A meeting was held to brainstorm ideas on-site! An example of suggesting the use of angles.
We received a request from the customer to install a simple roof to prevent physical water droplets from falling on the production line as a condensation countermeasure. Additionally, there were requests such as "I would like the installation to be done without drilling holes and securing with bolts, or making any modifications to the equipment," so we conducted a site survey with the design and construction company and held a meeting with the customer to brainstorm ideas on-site. We proposed a custom socket with a shape that would not easily come off when installed, and by fitting that socket, we suggested creating a support structure to attach the roof, and we received the request. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry: Food ■ Target: Conveyor ■ Request Details: Installation of a roof for the conveyor ■ Construction Duration: 14 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
