[Information Session in Progress!] Cloud-based Comprehensive Construction Information Management System
For engineering management systems, choose 'INSHARE'.
<Features> ◆ Easily create schedules online With 'INSHARE', you can easily create schedules online, manage daily progress, make corrections during schedule changes, and simulate changes. Additionally, you can import estimation data and expand it into the schedule, making it a base for creating detailed schedules that are suitable for the planning stage and the actual site. ◆ Accessible anytime, by anyone By creating an account and granting permissions to construction members, anyone can view the schedule. This reduces the hassle of the traditional method of "printing the schedule on paper and handing it over." ◆ One creation, multiple outputs By simply editing the 'INSHARE' schedule, it automatically reflects in multiple schedules such as the planned schedule, monthly schedule, and weekly schedule. Output in Excel format is also possible. ◆ Prevent omissions in arrangements and communications You can register "preparations" that are not expressed as processes, such as detailed preparations and arrangements for materials at a level finer than the work type, on the schedule. "Preparations" will be automatically notified by the system at the set timing, preventing omissions in arrangements and communications. Notifications can be sent not only within the company but also to partner companies and external vendors.

basic information
Many companies use Excel for process management. While Excel allows for various arrangements and offers high flexibility, it also has challenges in terms of editing and information sharing. <Do you face these challenges?> - It is difficult to make adjustments due to sudden changes, such as bad weather, because multiple process charts are being used. - When sharing process charts with stakeholders, a lot of time is spent sending files individually. - The file names and storage locations of the managed process charts are inconsistent, making it hard to keep track. With 'INSHARE', you can solve the challenges of Excel. It features an intuitive interface and is recommended even for those new to process management systems. Please consider using it instead of Excel. We are currently holding information sessions, so feel free to contact us first. Contact form: https://in-share.jp/contact/
