Ultimate water-based flexo printing requires real-time automatic viscosity management.
Opti-Color Automatic Viscosity Control System
Three important elements of water-based flexo printing—viscosity, temperature, pH. For real-time viscosity management essential for high-definition printing, use an automatic viscosity management system!
This is an online viscosity management system that allows users to set numerical values for seconds, such as those used in Zarn cups, as they are, enabling high-precision control of viscosity. The automatic viscosity system from Opticolor Germany was developed to meet the needs of manufacturing sites. **Features** - Real-time viscosity management of products - Sturdy housing - Pressure-resistant explosion-proof structure - Repeated high precision that does not allow for deviations around the set viscosity value - Proven track record in various industries for over 26 years - Easy to perform original value checks in compliance with ISO 9000 - Thorough pre-shipment performance inspection Viscosity constantly changes during the manufacturing process. Operators working on the production line are constantly engaged in the battle for viscosity uniformity. Changes in viscosity can lead to increased defect rates in important products, directly resulting in significant losses. Viscosity management is essential for providing high-quality products. We contribute to the realization of real-time viscosity management in your workplace, independent of the operator's experience!
