Suitable for reliable quality control and recycling! A lineup of 'metal detection automatic sorting devices' and more.
We would like to introduce the "Metal Detector" that we handle. The "Metal Detection Automatic Sorting Device" detects metals (such as iron, silver, copper, gold, aluminum, zinc, etc.) mixed in pellets and sorts them out. The "Metal Detection Device" is a standalone sensor without a sorting machine, which outputs AC 100V when metal is detected. Additionally, the "Air Conveying Metal Detection Device" can be used with insulated pipes or hoses passing through the sensor of this device during air pressure or vacuum transport. 【Features】 <Metal Detection Automatic Sorting Device> ■ Detects and sorts out metals mixed in pellets ■ Detects regardless of whether the contamination is inside or outside the pellets (It also sorts out pellets that are in the vicinity of the detected metal) ■ The standard protector is made of FRP *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 <Metal Detection Device> ■ The sensor operates independently without a sorting machine, outputting AC 100V when metal is detected. ■ It can be connected to a sorting machine, or to buzzers, lamps, counters, etc., to alert the surroundings. A relay can be connected, allowing you to create the desired sequence using its contacts. ■ It can detect small metals even if the entrance diameter is large (30-80mm). ■ Inspection of only the inspected items is also possible. ■ It is possible to detect tiny metals by passing through plastic containers. <Metal Detection Device for Air Conveying> ■ This device can be used in the middle of air pressure or vacuum transport, passing through insulating pipes or hoses within the sensor. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
