The raw material receiving section is fully sanitized! Choose heating and cooling temperatures and times at will for continuous operation!
"Saward" is a fermentation and aging equipment that allows mixing, liquid transfer, and aging operations solely through button controls. It consists of a group of devices compatible with various liquid types, capable of continuous measurement even if bubbles enter the mass flow meter designed to handle bubble intrusion. Additionally, it features a level meter resistant to bubbles that can measure fermentation foam on the tank surface. In the production management system, each touch panel displays information to prevent incorrect input. For secondary materials, complex weighing tasks can be centralized, and production history can be managed via PC. 【Features】 ■ Mixing, liquid transfer, and aging operations with button controls only ■ Selectable heating/cooling temperatures and times for continuous operation ■ Specifiable filling amounts for liquid types with automatic weighing ■ Capability to record data such as viscosity, temperature, and density of liquid types *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
