HTRV is a high-temperature tube furnace designed for vertical use, with a maximum temperature of 1800°C.
High-grade insulation made of fiber plates has a low thermal conductivity, achieving reduced energy consumption and improved heating rates. The insulation material and the heating element made of molybdenum disilicide are built into a rectangular housing. The heating element is installed vertically and is easy to replace. When oxygen is present at high temperatures, molybdenum disilicide forms a layer of oxide, protecting the heating element from further thermal and chemical corrosion. The HTRV series, equipped with a wide range of accessories, provides a perfect system solution for advanced heat treatment at high temperatures. It is designed as standard without a stand for installation on your own equipment. An optional L-shaped stand is available for independent use.
