The class-leading motion performance of OmniCore allows multiple robots to operate at high speeds of up to 1,600 mm/second while achieving trajectory accuracy of less than 0.6 mm. This expands new automation possibilities in precision fields such as arc welding, mobile phone display assembly, adhesive application, and laser cutting. Overall, OmniCore can accelerate robot movements by up to 25% compared to traditional ABB controllers and reduce energy consumption by up to 20%.
