Azuma Corporation has newly established a hazardous materials handling facility at the East Factory! A hazardous materials compatible blend tank, filling space, and work area have also been opened simultaneously. In advance, two enhanced 50㎥ storage tanks have been connected and integrated with various existing facilities! The functionality has been enhanced to accommodate a diverse range of operations involving various chemicals!

The newly established blend tank is a facility compliant with the Fire Service Act for hazardous materials (Category 4: 2 to 4 stones). It consists of blend tanks with capacities of 25㎥ and 30㎥ installed indoors. After receiving various forms of raw materials such as ISO and tanker trucks, various processing operations including blending can be performed. It is equipped with stirring and liquid transfer equipment suitable for high viscosity, allowing for filling into diverse forms such as ISO tanks, tanker trucks, drums, and one-gallon cans. It is also connected to adjacent storage tanks, making it possible to store products after processing.
