Features of POLYSEED It allows for easy and stable inoculation of seed bacteria for BOD measurement. Furthermore, since POLYSEED does not contain nitrifying microorganisms, there is no oxygen consumption due to nitrification, and there is no increase in BOD values due to N-BOD.
