We are now capable of grinding non-ferrous materials such as SUS304. ■ Please consult with Ito Hideo Iron Works, known for its trust and achievements. ◎ Feature 1: We handle everything from one-off prototype processing to mass production! → We have a proven track record in high-precision machining of die sets and holders for mold parts, as well as large parts for decorative components. ◎ Feature 2: In-house integrated production from material procurement to machining and shipping! → We perform everything from rough machining to polishing, delivering products in a finished state. ◎ Feature 3: Production with an accuracy of one-hundredth of a unit is possible! → All equipment is equipped with scale feedback. We detect and correct thermal expansion that occurs during processing in advance.
