This service is a recoating service that improves the dirt, yellowing, and deterioration of the inner walls of integrating spheres and regenerates a high-reflectivity diffusing surface through repainting with barium sulfate (BaSO₄). It is a regeneration treatment specifically for barium coatings. We can accommodate integrating spheres from other manufacturers as well. Additionally, for large integrating spheres that are difficult to transport, we offer on-site repainting services, allowing work to be done without the need for removal. After stripping the inner walls, we apply a uniform BaSO₄ coating to restore the original performance of the integrating sphere for applications such as total luminous flux measurement, color measurement, and uniform light source use. This contributes to reducing environmental impact by reusing existing spheres while keeping costs lower than purchasing new ones. We also support inspection and replacement of internal components (such as sockets), allowing for a comprehensive improvement of the measurement environment. 【Painting Process】 1) Pre-painting inspection (physical characteristics such as material, structure, flatness, etc.) 2) Reflectivity measurement under condition d (8/di) (repainted integrating sphere) 3) Pre-treatment (rust prevention treatment, flatness treatment, etc.) 4) Painting work (at our factory/customer site) 5) Reflectivity measurement under condition d (8/di) *After painting, we will issue our unique reflectivity inspection report.
