Introducing examples of "anywhere" unmanned check-in systems in accommodation facilities!
As a challenge, the point of "infection control measures for accommodation facilities and automation of check-in operations" was raised. In response, our company proposes a system that utilizes QR codes and smartphones to issue room keys through contactless and wireless communication, as well as an added feature that allows for disinfection during the issuance of room keys as a measure against infections. After introducing the IC card issuing and collection machine with disinfection function, "RD-370B," we can reliably guide customers with voice announcements, enabling check-in processing in an unmanned environment. [Challenges] - Disinfection of room key cards is done manually (resulting in wasted time) - Even if we want to achieve social distancing, there is congestion during evening check-in - We want to ensure the collection of room key cards (to avoid increased running costs due to loss) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
