■Hardness/Wear Characteristics Compared to general release coatings, plasma coatings have wear resistance due to the use of high-hardness thermal spray materials, exhibiting excellent properties not only in release characteristics but also in durability. ■Non-Stick Characteristics The surface of plasma coatings does not stick to adhesive materials due to its ultra-fine particle structure. The release properties of plasma coatings, owing to the characteristics of silicone resin, are far superior to those of conventional fluororesin release properties. ■Heat Resistance Continuous use temperature: 200°C ■Grip Characteristics The non-slip characteristics of silicone resin combined with the surface roughness from thermal spraying provide grip characteristics. Additionally, surface roughness can be adjusted depending on the type.
