Numerous achievements in metal alternatives for fluid equipment such as valves, flow sensors, and flow meters. Contributing to cost reduction while improving chemical resistance, oil resistance, and durability.
Our company offers polyamide resins that contribute to the durability of fluid equipment and the reduction of manufacturing costs. All of them can be molded using injection molding. ■ Polyamide resin for metal alternatives: 'Grivory GV・HT' A polyamide material with high strength, high rigidity, chemical resistance, low water absorption, and high heat resistance (Grivory HT). This polyamide material is suitable for cost reduction and weight reduction by replacing metal die-cast parts such as valve bodies and covers. ■ Transparent polyamide resin: 'Grilamid TR' A transparent polyamide material with high transparency, excellent chemical and oil resistance, heat water resistance, and fatigue resistance. It does not contain bisphenol A or bisphenol S, ensuring high food safety. It can be used in environments such as food factories and industrial equipment factories where oil and chemicals are present. It has fatigue resistance to withstand repeated pressure changes. *For details such as application results, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us for inquiries.
