A system that measures and visualizes the hydraulic pressure on an A3-sized measurement surface. It can measure the effective value of the mixed hydraulic pressure generated when using multiple sprays.
Since it is an integrated sensor, it can measure the liquid pressure distribution with high precision through simple operations. It measures the liquid pressure distribution generated on an A3-sized measurement surface in 40 seconds. The minimum measurement pitch is 25.4 µm, and the liquid pressure range is from 7.2 PCI to 43,000 PCI. Not only can it measure the liquid pressure distribution when using a single spray, but it can also measure the effective liquid pressure distribution of the mixed liquid generated by using multiple sprays. The measurement results are displayed in 2D/3D contour maps. It is also possible to display statistical information about the liquid pressure distribution and the liquid pressure distribution at specified locations using a mouse.

Applications/Examples of results
"This product has made it possible to measure actual hydraulic pressure for the first time. We can now quantitatively confirm hydraulic pressure at specific locations, as well as areas where the pressure does not meet specifications or where peeling may occur. It has greatly contributed to our business improvement." (Beckton Dickinson) "TOPAQ has become an indispensable analytical tool for us to control pressure at a more advanced level." (Roger Corporation) "TOPAQ is a highly simplified device that can be used for various analytical purposes. It is a very beneficial tool for monitoring the amount of pressure added to the products we manufacture. TOPAQ is a cutting-edge device that significantly improves our business outcomes." (Pilkington North America)
