Transforming heavy metals like magnesium and titanium into spinel ferrite! Introducing a groundbreaking wastewater treatment method.
"SE Ferrite Room Temperature Treatment" is an oxidation method using Marlox SEIII agent and iron compounds. The ferrite method involves converting heavy metal ions into ferromagnetic ferrite and then separating and removing them using magnetism. Its distinctive feature is the chemical treatment that converts heavy metal ions into ferrite. In our ferritization method, oxidation is completed at room temperature and in a short time without air oxidation while heating to 60-70°C. 【Heavy metals that can be spinel ferritized by this ferritization method】 ■ Magnesium, Aluminum, Calcium, Titanium, Vanadium ■ Chromium, Manganese, Iron, Cobalt, Nickel, Copper, Zinc, Arsenic ■ Molybdenum, Zirconium, Silver, Cadmium, Tin, Lead, Selenium *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Ferrite Method Overview】 ■ After converting heavy metal ions into ferromagnetic ferrite, they are separated and removed using magnetism. ■ In the air oxidation ferritization method, an appropriate amount of ferrous sulfate is added to the wastewater containing heavy metals, and after adding alkali, air oxidation is performed while heating to 60-70°C, resulting in the formation of crystals of ferromagnetic spinel ferrite containing heavy metal ions. ■ The crystals are separated and recovered by magnetism. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
