Low-temperature curing type one-component urethane resin paint "Wanicote 5000"

Heat-curable paint using block isocyanate resin

"Wani Coat 5000" is a low-temperature curing one-component urethane resin paint primarily composed of special modified polymers that contain unique monomers with ultraviolet stabilization capabilities and monomers that control photoxidation reactions. It can form ultra-weather-resistant coatings under low-temperature or short-time curing conditions that were not achievable with conventional acrylic resin-based paints. We respond to the needs of effective coatings that demonstrate reliability and mass production capability for exterior panels and exterior-related painting. 【Features】 ■ Excellent weather resistance, particularly showing outstanding stability against ultraviolet light ■ Compatible with a wide range of curing temperatures from low to high ■ Gloss retention and color change performance surpass that of fluororesin paints ■ Superior stain resistance, coating thickness feel, and paint workability ■ Significant cost reduction compared to fluororesin paints *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
