KURZ's environmentally friendly cold transfer foil for offset printing machines, KURZ KPS slim (patent pending), is a new product that reduces the thickness of the PET carrier film from the conventional 12μm to 6μm. Since it allows for longer supply lengths than conventional products, it helps reduce the frequency of foil changes and improves operational efficiency in processing sites. The halving of the PET carrier film usage also reduces the amount of waste from the used transfer carrier film, contributing to a decrease in CO2 emissions associated with transportation. Not only does it benefit the environment, but compared to conventional products, it also improves the brightness of solid areas and delivers excellent results in gradient expression and fine edge finishing.
