Chrome plating

A very thin film with a thickness of about 0.1-0.3µ! It has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Chrome plating is often used primarily for decorative purposes, and its deep silver color tone is utilized as a final finish for various parts. According to JIS, hard chrome is defined as having a Vickers hardness of HV700 or higher, but in practice, it is generally determined that if the film thickness is about 2µ or more, it is industrial chrome plating, and if it is less than that, it is decorative chrome plating. Our "decorative chrome plating" has a very thin film of about 0.1-0.3µ, but it also possesses hardness and has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and adhesion, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
