Introducing wooden molds necessary for creating complex structures such as R-shaped, parabolic, and spiral forms!
Our "special formwork" is a wooden formwork necessary for creating complex structures, considering shapes such as R-shapes, parabolic shapes, spiral shapes, and both transverse and longitudinal slopes, which cannot be achieved with standard panels (metal frames). After consulting with customers about special formwork, we visualize the shape from the three-view drawing, create detailed drawings, and make proposals. We also handle processed products made from timber. 【Flow from Meeting to Delivery (Partial)】 ■ Request and Meeting (email, phone, etc.) ■ Create drawings reflecting customer requirements (basic structural drawings) and provide a rough estimate ■ Final meeting (confirmation of shape, delivery date, etc.) and provide a formal estimate ■ Drafting of formwork processing components ■ Cutting and processing of various components ■ Assembly and finishing ■ Shipping the day before delivery *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
