The urethane is lined by pouring, and then processed using a CNC lathe and other equipment. Coloring does not affect the lining.
It is possible to finish to the specified diameter through urethane casting. We also have production experience with items around φ400 and L=2,000. We can also discuss the material itself, such as high wear-resistant grades.
