[Mazelstar Case Study] Stirring of LED Encapsulant

We would like to introduce a case where 'Mazel Star' was implemented for the mixing of LED sealing materials. We wanted to uniformly mix powders such as phosphors and dispersants, but achieving uniformity was difficult. Since the materials are expensive, we aimed to improve the yield, which led us to adopt this product. Thanks to the high shear force of Mazel Star, we were able to achieve uniform degassing, which improved performance (brightness).
