SDGs - Injection molding using bioplastics

We will perform injection molding using 'SDGs bio-plastics' that incorporate eggshells into polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS).

By incorporating eggshells, we can reduce the amount of plastic used and create environmentally friendly products. Eggshells are typically disposed of as industrial waste, but by incorporating them into plastic, they can be effectively utilized. By incorporating eggshells, we can reduce the amount of plastic used, lower environmental impact, and create products that are kind to the Earth. Additionally, this contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gases, decreases the energy used in the manufacturing process, and supports the SDGs goal of "sustainable consumption and production patterns." Furthermore, we can create products that have durability and moldability comparable to existing resins. Eggshells are usually disposed of as industrial waste, but by incorporating them into plastic at a weight-based ratio of over 50%, they can be effectively utilized. Products made by incorporating eggshells into plastic can be used in a wide range of applications, including toys, household goods, food containers, electrical appliances, and automotive parts.
