◆ 650nm, 850nm, 860nm, 870nm Point light source LEDs have a special structure and are characterized by a strong and narrow light distribution pattern similar to parallel light. Therefore, they are used in applications such as light curtains and rotary encoders, and they also serve as alternatives to VCSELs. At DOWA, customization is possible according to customer requests, including chip and light-emitting part sizes. "DOWA Electronics" was established in October 2006 as a subsidiary of Dowa Mining, which started as a mining smelting company in 1884, specializing in electronic materials. In the LED business, we manufacture and sell high-quality deep ultraviolet (300nm to 340nm) LEDs and red to infrared (660nm to 1,650nm) LEDs. We also plan to release mid-infrared (3 to 5um) LEDs and red VCSELs soon.
