This course is a foundational program aimed at accurately acquiring the basics of "labor law." The instructor is an experienced university professor.
First, we will start with the basic framework of labor law, covering key points of the Labor Standards Act and employment regulations. Then, we will move on to specific themes such as dismissal, working hours, and the issue of equal pay for equal work. We will also address legal considerations regarding labor issues during the COVID crisis, as well as telework and freelancing, which have been gaining attention as new ways of working.
