First Contact is a "pack-type" single cleaning agent for optics. Even those who are not dexterous can easily clean without leaving any residue, achieving a complete clean in one application. This product is a composite solvent made from a special polymer, which dissolves organic dust when applied to optics and encapsulates dirt on the surface during the drying process after application. Once the pack is removed, cleaning is complete; if the pack is not removed, it serves as a protective film. Due to its cleaning power and ease of use, it is a proven product recognized by organizations such as NASA, Boeing, Zeiss, Leica, Schott, MIT, and LIGO.

■Types of dirt addressed Organic residues, fine particles, skin oils such as fingerprints, etc. ■Shapes addressed Smooth surfaces, surfaces with irregularities, flat surfaces with curvature, micro-lens arrays ■Materials addressed Optical glass, metals, Si, Ge, ZnSe, NaCl, CaF2, KRS-5, nonlinear crystals such as AR coated BBO *Plastic can only be used with the Plastic Formula Deluxe Kit. Even in that case, please test on a sample beforehand to ensure there is no damage before use. ■Recommended usage amount 1ml can clean one piece of 2-inch square flat optics. One refill bottle (29ml) can clean over 100 small optics, or 6 surfaces of 5-inch large diameter optics.
