Hydraulic Tensioner "Boltight"

General fastening components are available! Improve repetitive fastening tasks such as piping connections on a low budget.

"Voltite" is a tool that completes fastening by creating a pre-tightened state through controlled hydraulic tensioning of the bolt shaft, seating the nut, and then releasing the hydraulic pressure. By equalizing the compression applied to the joined components through hydraulic means, it is possible to fasten the flange joint surfaces with uniform force, preventing leaks. As a hydraulic tool using a tensioning method, the only remaining component after work is a standard nut, making it very effective for safely and reliably tightening multiple large-diameter bolts while keeping the cost of the components low. 【Features】 ■ Hydraulic tensioner that allows simultaneous and uniform tightening of multiple large-diameter bolts ■ Enables fastening without leaks by applying uniform pressure to the flange surfaces simultaneously ■ Uses standard fastening components, improving repeated fastening tasks such as piping connections on a low budget ■ Compact, lightweight, highly durable, with excellent workability and safety *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
