It is possible to perform construction with low vibration and low noise by using static pressure from hydraulic pressure to break rock!
The "Super Bigger Method" is a technique for breaking and crushing hard rock and concrete structures with low vibration and low noise. It is particularly effective for construction near safety-related properties, as it poses minimal risk of flying debris. The crushing pressure can reach 3,400 tons, allowing for reliable fragmentation of hard rock. Additionally, it can be operated with a 0.8m³ class power shovel, enabling rotation during movement and setup, making it highly versatile even in narrow spaces. If a separate hydraulic power source is provided, it can also be suspended and operated with a crane. 【Features】 ■ Can crush with low vibration and low noise ■ Suitable for breaking medium to hard rock ■ Mounted on a general-purpose shovel (0.7m³), adaptable from narrow to wide spaces ■ Continuous operation possible with small bench cut method *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its establishment, our company has consistently contributed to various types of demolition and renovation work, primarily focusing on the dismantling of explosives. In the renovation of blast furnaces at steel mills, we efficiently dismantle extremely hard residual slag, which poses challenges due to high temperatures, using our unique blasting technology. We have received high praise from clients regarding the project duration and safety. Additionally, in urban areas, we are actively working with our affiliated company, China Chemical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., to research new explosive materials to enable safe and effective blasting operations, as well as to promote their use.
