"Cybinol CT-1" is a jointly developed product by JR Central's Technology Development Department and Saiden Chemical. It is a track bed stabilizer (moisture-curing resin) that significantly suppresses track distortion caused by vibrations when applied around the sleepers. It is a one-component type that does not require mixing of chemicals, and it hardens within a few hours after application!
