When used in conjunction with TEAA Buffer B in a gradient method, it enables high-precision separation of nucleic acids. The composition is a 0.1M aqueous solution of triethylamine acetate (TEAA). It is the optimal buffer for columns using alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) beads produced by ADS Biotec, and it is recommended to be used together with the column. This product is adjusted to a concentration suitable for analysis and purification, reducing the time and effort required to prepare the buffer, thereby contributing to improved productivity and stabilization of experimental conditions.
