TEAA Buffer A, manufactured by ADS Biotec (formerly Transgenomic), is a buffer for nucleic acid analysis using ion-pair reverse phase HPLC. When used in conjunction with TEAA Buffer B in a gradient method, it enables high-precision separation of nucleic acids. The composition is a 0.1M aqueous solution of triethylamine acetate (TEAA). It is the optimal buffer for columns using alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) beads produced by ADS Biotec, and it is recommended to be used together with the column. This product is adjusted to a concentration suitable for analysis and purification, reducing the time and effort required to prepare the buffer, thereby contributing to improved productivity and stabilization of experimental conditions. It has been cited in numerous papers in the field of nucleic acids.
