Is the AGV in the way!? ...I have to get off the fork again... It seems convenient, but it's not easy to move! We'll eliminate that stress!
By simply placing the receiver on the AGV, it enables remote control operations for stopping and restarting. You can operate the AGV while riding on the forklift. Furthermore, 'KEY×CON+ (Key Con Plus)' has added functions such as intersection control, shutter control, single-line mutual control, and congestion alleviation to 'KEY×CON (Key Con)'. These functions help prevent AGVs from stopping at intersections or colliding with fire shutters.

basic information
【Remote Control Operation Method】 It is possible to control up to 27 AGVs. 【Intersection Control】 ● I want to create a branching and merging course for multiple AGVs. ● I want to create a layout where two lines intersect. ● I want to perform intersection control at a low cost. By simply equipping AGVs with KEY×CON units and sensors, intersection control can be completed. This allows for more flexible layouts. Until now, to perform intersection control with AGVs, it was necessary to install a control panel, set up Wi-Fi throughout the facility, and develop specialized programs. Even a small setup could quickly escalate to several million to tens of millions of yen. KEY×CON requires no modifications to the AGVs and no ground equipment. By attaching KEY×CON units and sensors to the AGVs and simply placing marks on the ground, the intersection is ready. It is extraordinarily inexpensive. This technology can also be applied to shutter control, single-track mutual control, and congestion alleviation.
