"UHSCREW" is a screw designed to be resistant to rotational loosening by changing the shape of the thread profile, allowing for fastening with greater axial force.
"UHSCREW" is a vibration-resistant screw designed to be fastened with greater axial force by changing the shape of the screw thread, making it less likely to loosen. The tightening characteristics exhibit excellent fastening strength due to the "elastic strain energy" stored in the screw thread from elastic deformation, resulting in superior vibration resistance. The contact surface between the male and female threads during fastening is positioned farther from the axis compared to standard small screws, which increases the torque arm of rotational friction, thereby enhancing the restraining force against rotational loosening. 【Features】 ■ Resistant to loosening ■ Designed to be fastened with greater axial force by changing the shape of the screw thread ■ Exhibits excellent fastening strength with superior vibration resistance ■ The contact surface between the male and female threads during fastening is positioned farther from the axis compared to standard small screws, resulting in a longer torque arm of rotational friction ■ Higher restraining force against rotational loosening *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
