At KILT, we use a new hybrid heat treatment furnace, which allows for a short heating time and stable temperature uniformity. The maximum sample size is 1500x1500x1000mm, and the delay in quenching after solution treatment is short at 13 seconds, contributing to the improvement of the material properties of the samples. It is also possible to perform additional stress relief. We provide heat treatment services at reasonable prices based on the heat treatment conditions requested by our customers.
