The "LV-1000" is a lathe-mounted measuring device that enables measurement of both the inner and outer diameters of machined products, as well as the measurement of difficult-to-access areas during C-face and taper machining, which are challenging to measure with contact methods! By equipping an optical system with a zoom lens, it can broadly capture the end face of the cylindrical shape at the tip of the machined product and accurately display the edge of the tip by zooming in. Additionally, it allows for shape recognition of the tool while it is in the machining process.
