Our company develops, designs, and manufactures jigs, prototype equipment, and systems according to our customers' requests. We would like to introduce a case where our "Post-Painting Simple Inspection Jig" was implemented at Company B, which specializes in precision painting. At this company, there was a problem with the dimensions and shapes of automotive parts changing during the heat drying process of painting, and they were looking for a simple way to check for minor deformations after painting. In response, they introduced our post-painting simple inspection jig. By passing the painted products through the gaps of the jig, they were able to easily detect deformations caused by drying after painting.
