**Features** - Built-in vacuum pump allows for easy emulsification stirring tests and degassing under reduced pressure. - Various interchangeable blades can be easily replaced, enabling a wide range of stirring tests (high-viscosity homomixer/low-viscosity homomixer/disperser/ultra mixer). - Low overall height facilitates easy operation for material loading and other tasks. - The stirring tank can be easily removed, allowing for cleaning in a sink. - Temperature control for the hot water tank is possible. - Devices compatible with both 3L-5L and 3L-7L can also be manufactured (by exchanging glass containers and stirring blades). - The stirring tank and jacket are made of reinforced glass, allowing work to be performed while observing the stirring condition. - The liquid-contact parts are made of glass and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene. - The rotation speed of the homomixer and scraping mixer can be freely adjusted, and an accurate rotation speed can be monitored using a digital speedometer. - A switching valve allows for easy heating and cooling of the product within the emulsification tank. - Disassembly and assembly of the liquid-contact parts are simple, making cleaning easy. - The stirring tank can be tilted using a lever operation, allowing for easy removal of the product.
