Turf parking × renewable energy utilization! Greening materials for urban greening and CO₂ reduction.
Turf Parking (TP-2)
Corresponding to the "greening rate" established during construction! Contributing to the mitigation of the heat island phenomenon and utilizing recycled resources, thus also contributing to the [SDGs].
Turf parking is a grass protection material that contributes to urban greening and parking lot development. It achieves a load capacity of 150t/m², making it suitable for parking passenger cars and more. It contains recycled materials and is Eco Mark certified. It excels in mitigating heat islands and has rainwater permeability, harmonizing with urban environments. 【Product Features】 - Three-dimensional hybrid extrusion molding (international patent obtained) - High greening rate + rainwater permeability - Possibility of sectioning with hexagonal markers - Use of recycled materials → Eco Mark certified 【Environmental Considerations】 - Manufactured using 100% renewable energy (zero CO2 emissions during production) ▶ As an "environmentally friendly greening material" made from renewable energy, its use is advancing in the construction and landscape development fields. basic information
【Other Features】 - It can withstand the weight of not only passenger cars but also buses and trucks, as well as the passage of golf carts, while preserving beautiful landscapes. - Each piece is a wide and long size of 600mm in width and 2500mm in length, allowing for smooth installation and easy cutting with a circular saw. - By utilizing it in places such as parking lots, roads, building rooftops, and fire lanes, it increases the greening rate, significantly mitigates glare, and alleviates the "heat island phenomenon." - The product design incorporates openings at the bottom (with an area ratio of about 50%) to facilitate the distribution of moisture and nutrients to the grass. - Sufficient strength is maintained even with openings present. - It has excellent rainwater permeability, reducing the burden on sewage systems. - It is an "Eco Mark certified product" made from approximately 75% recycled materials (PP, PE) from waste plastics. - It does not contain harmful substances. - By using the separately sold "hexagonal markers," it can be freely designed for various ideas such as parking space and numbering displays, signs for persons with disabilities, and helicopter landing pad markings.

Company information
【Plastic Profile Extrusion Manufacturer】 Our mission is to "create things that do not exist in the world," and we have been honing our plastic product extrusion molding technology. As a company whose mission is to continuously produce what society needs, we have focused on the development of recycled products utilizing scrap materials and the promotion of products that enhance urban greening (turf parking). We believe that our ongoing quest to define what manufacturing can contribute to our customers and society also contributes to the SDGs. In 2021, we obtained the environmental management system ISO 14001:2015, and we will strive for a sustainable society while feeling a greater sense of "responsibility to create and responsibility to use." Additionally, in 2024, we will acquire the SME version of SBT certification and have begun new initiatives aimed at reducing CO2 emissions by 42% by 2030. While we take pride in supporting industrial development, we also deeply understand that, as a business dealing with resin products, we inevitably place a burden on the environment. Moving forward, we will continue to engage in manufacturing that provides safety and trust to our customers in a way that contributes to both society and the environment.
