Utilizing discarded eggshells effectively by mixing them into resin. This can reduce petroleum-based resins and help suppress carbon dioxide emissions.
Eggshells produced from mayonnaise manufacturing, bread making, and confectionery factories are mostly disposed of as waste. We have effectively utilized these discarded eggshells by washing and finely grinding them with our unique technology, and then compounded them with 51% thermoplastic resin to create pellets. If it is an injection molded product, it can be shaped just like conventional resins. For everyday products, there are no issues with strength. Companies committed to eco-friendliness and sustainability are encouraged to consider this.
