We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Runner" implementation. The use of rack and pinion was being considered, but dust generation due to wear of the rack and pinion was a significant issue. Additionally, it did not meet the required specifications for shock during acceleration and deceleration, durability, and maintenance frequency. After implementation, the amount of dust generation was significantly reduced, the defect rate decreased, and smooth acceleration and deceleration became possible, allowing for an increase in transport speed and contributing to improved productivity.
