[Case Study] Cost Reduction of Waste Collection Using Vacuum Trucks <Ishikawa Prefecture>

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Assist-CA Aqua Nature TR" in the construction machinery painting industry. The issue was that managing the chemicals used in the painting booth, cleaning operations, and the collection of industrial waste required coordination with multiple contractors, which was cumbersome. After the introduction, the solidification and adhesion of the paint resin were prevented, making it easier to collect sludge, reducing odors on-site, and improving the working environment. 【Proposal】 - We took on all responsibilities for chemicals, cleaning, and industrial waste, consolidating the management of the painting booth into a single point of contact. - By using a chemical (coagulant) to prevent the solidification of paint resin, we enabled easy collection of sludge with a vacuum truck, and since the supernatant water can be discharged into the sewage system, we significantly reduced the amount of industrial waste. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
