Design and manufacturing of spline arbors and spline mandrels used in inspection rooms and measurement rooms. We can also accommodate manufacturing based solely on provided drawings.

We manufacture spline arbors and spline mandrels, which are often used for measuring product runout and concentricity. If you provide us with the drawings of the products to be measured, our engineers can also design the drawings. The arbor length and taper angle can be freely set, so please feel free to consult us. While we often use SKS3 as the material, we can also accommodate requests for SKD, SKH, and sometimes TIN coating or hard chrome plating finishes.

Design and manufacturing will be carried out based on the specifications of the product to be measured (spline specifications). The total length of the spline arbor and spline mandrel will be determined based on the distance between the two centers of the measuring instrument. Considering the tolerance variations of the product to be measured, multiple spline arbors and spline mandrels of different sizes may be prepared.
