A wet-type humidity control device suitable for creating low-temperature (below 27°C) and low-humidity (below 50%) environments. It has been successfully adopted in food and chemical factories!
We address all issues related to air conditioning, from adjusting to your desired temperature and humidity to air sterilization and dust removal. It is possible to create air equivalent to a cleanroom cleanliness standard of class 10,000. This has been implemented in various factories and facilities. Introducing the wet-type humidity control device "kathabar," which responds to various fields such as food, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals with "humidity control." It is suitable for creating low-temperature (below 27°C) and low-humidity (below 50%) environments. Thanks to the action of lithium chloride (LiCl) aqueous solution (product name: KASEN solution*), it is possible to directly achieve the desired temperature and humidity, as well as air sterilization* effects. *It has been reported by Dr. Solberg of the University of Toledo that passing air through the KASEN solution air washer inactivates 97% of airborne bacteria. *The sterilization effect of the KASEN solution varies depending on the type of bacteria and the usage conditions (temperature, humidity, room size and shape, air conditioning, etc.). *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
