Nickel-tungsten alloy plating possesses excellent properties such as resistance to strong acids, resistance to halogen attack, resistance to high-temperature adhesion, and heat resistance, making it a promising alternative to chrome plating. It is used on iron-based materials, copper-based materials, aluminum-based materials, and more. 【Features】 - Contains over 20wt% tungsten (not affected by high concentrations of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and nitric acid) - 44wt% tungsten alloy plating (maintains Hv600 as plated, reaches Hv1350 after heat treatment at 700℃, demonstrating excellent heat resistance) - Heat resistance: Maintains Hv950 at high temperatures of 600℃ (used as a glass casting mold that is continuously used at around 600℃) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
