Expectations for regenerative medicine using stem cells such as mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) are rising, but for industrialization, there is a need for technology to produce high-quality cells in large quantities and in a stable manner. In this seminar, we will introduce xenofree stem cell culture media that do not contain components derived from animals other than humans, as well as examples of 3D culture using our microcarriers, bioreactors, and experimental design software.
