3D printers have elements such as resolution, precision, accuracy, and printing speed, all of which affect the quality of the finished product. To manufacture microfluidic devices, a high-performance 3D printer with a resolution of around 10μm is required, and a stereolithography (SLA) 3D printer is optimal. There are two technologies in stereolithography: DLP (Digital Light Processing) and SLA (Stereolithography Apparatus). DLP has a faster printing speed, while SLA can handle larger prints. Our PµSL technology incorporates the best aspects of both DLP and SLA, resulting in a product that offers larger print sizes than DLP. It can rapidly create microchannels with a minimum diameter of 10μm. The quality of the printed object from a 3D printer is determined by its resolution, precision, and accuracy.
