"Front-loading" realized with the high-speed circuit simulator Scideam, equipped with a SiC/GaN device model, enabling loss analysis.
We would like to introduce Scideam, a domestic high-speed circuit simulator equipped with a SiC/GaN device model. It provides a comfortable simulation environment through over 25 years of historical computational algorithms and newly developed circuit editors and waveform viewers. By utilizing it in the early stages of development, you can preemptively eliminate factors such as specification failures and defects, thereby reducing design time and costs. This enables the realization of what is known as "front-loading."

basic information
1. High-Speed Stability Analysis By using a unique analysis algorithm, both analysis time and convergence issues are resolved. It is possible to perform high-speed stability analysis of switching converters. 2. Loss Analysis Fully automated and capable of performing loss analysis quickly. Displays losses for all components, with switching losses automatically measured. 2-1. Simulates turn-on and turn-off operations with high-speed calculations and automatically analyzes losses. 2-2. Visualizes the proportions of each part through a display of the loss analysis results conducted for all components. 2-3. Requires minimal settings for simulation, with results displayed with a single click. 3. Model-Based Development Connects with Simulink to establish a model-based development environment. The connection with the Simulink model can be easily achieved by placing the Scideam block on Simulink.
