Our carbide / metal die collets are used in applications that require strength, temperature resistance, and wear resistance. By combining a SUS body with a carbide tip, we can propose cost-cutting solutions from the design stage. Our die collets are designed so that half the thickness of the chip fits into the pocket, ensuring that the chip is securely held in place. Additionally, we have processed corner reliefs to prevent chipping of the chip edges. If there are no specifications for the shape or size of the corner reliefs, please leave the design to us. Our die collets can minimize the spacing between chips, and the flat width on all four sides can be machined down to 20μ to avoid contact with adjacent chips.
