Our instructors will visit your company to conduct supervisor training sessions. Saturday is also possible, so a plan from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening is acceptable.
The foreman who directly supervises workers at the job site holds a very important position in ensuring the health and safety of workers, and therefore requires training as a manager. While it is common for employees to go externally to acquire qualifications, our instructors can visit your company, making it possible to gain qualifications internally. "Foreman Training" is the education mandated by Article 60 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act for individuals who are newly appointed as foremen at a workplace. This training is aimed at those engaged in the construction industry, certain manufacturing sectors, electrical/gas/automobile maintenance, and machinery repair, specifically for foremen (supervisors) or those in positions that directly supervise work.
